These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "Player") and dc44 ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of access to and use of the dc44 website at dc44.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, account management, and the dc44 cashier. Eligibility and Account Registration
Who may register, what information is required, and how accounts are managed.
CLAUSE 1
Eligibility to Register
To register and use dc44 you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (not a company or automated system); (c) be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you; (d) not be subject to self-exclusion on dc44 or a related platform; and (e) not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. dc44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held.
CLAUSE 2
Account Registration and Verification
When registering a dc44 account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Each player is permitted one registered account only. dc44 may at its discretion request verification of the following:
- Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 90 days)
- Ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account statement)
- Source of funds, where required by dc44's internal compliance procedures
CLAUSE 3
Account Security and Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dc44 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. dc44 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled or facilitated by your own actions or negligence. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on dc44 are denominated in BDT and processed through verified payment channels.
CLAUSE 4
Deposits
dc44 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered dc44 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. Accepted deposit methods include:
- Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- Deposits are credited to the player's BDT balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. dc44 does not charge fees on BDT deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
CLAUSE 5
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. The Player's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where technically possible. dc44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:
- Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): typically 5–15 minutes
- Bank transfers: same business day, subject to bank processing hours
- dc44 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 5 business days where additional compliance checks are required. Players will be notified by email if such a delay occurs.

CLAUSE 6
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by dc44 are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. dc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
- All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless dc44 explicitly states otherwise.
- dc44 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and/or to reclaim any bonus, free spin credits, or winnings derived from a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a violation of these Terms.
CLAUSE 7
Welcome Bonus Specific Terms
The dc44 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held a dc44 account. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration. Once claimed, the welcome bonus and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of this period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed at the time of registration and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Fair Use, Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension
dc44 maintains a fair and secure platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited.
CLAUSE 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dc44. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in a permanent ban from the platform. dc44 may report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human tools to interact with dc44
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculations to gain an unfair advantage
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point
CLAUSE 9
Account Suspension and Closure
dc44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected prohibited conduct, failed verification, irregular wagering patterns, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, the balance held in that account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable time. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting dc44 support at the email listed in the site footer.

The platform provides the following tools, available to all account holders at any time from the account settings section: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe gambling is negatively affecting their lives are encouraged to use these tools immediately and to contact dc44 support. dc44 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and verifies player age at registration and upon request. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dc44 platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dc44 content without the express prior written consent of dc44. Any unauthorised use of dc44 intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
CLAUSE 12
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dc44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. dc44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dc44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by circumstances outside dc44's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
CLAUSE 13
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dc44 platform, you agree to contact dc44 support in the first instance via the email published in the site footer and to allow dc44 a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to resolve the matter before pursuing any other remedy. dc44 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to you. dc44 reserves the right to update this clause to reflect any changes in applicable regulatory or legal requirements.
